The West Virginia Cable Telecommunications Association (WVCTA), founded in 1978, represents cable television system operators and affiliated programming services and industry vendors in matters of public affairs and governmental relations throughout the state and in Washington, D.C.

Our operator members cover the entire state and account for well over 90% of West Virginia's cable television subscribers. The largest operators include Suddenlink, Comcast and Time Warner Cable. Our affiliate members consist of nearly every programming service available and leading vendors and technological innovators in the television and telecommunications industries.
